This is a Tripel IPA as it has a Belgium influence. This has a candied fruit taste that leans towards orange, apple juice & melon. Has a light, slightly peppery spice to it. Not very hoppy. Has a very light semi sweet malt.
I’d say this leans towards the Tripel side and is missing most IPA characteristics. It does taste nice and hides the ABV well.

Nice with chocolate and vanilla, peanut butter was faint but overall a nice stout.

Life got real busy, so I haven't rated a beer in a while. Ryan and I have been staring at this beer for a while, an imperial chocolate stout.
Poured with a modest head that disappeared rapidly. Only had a small ring around the glass after a short time. Aroma of chocolate and peanut butter. The texture was thin, almost cola like. Flavor quickly delivers chocolate and then a bitter peanut butter. It's the peanut butter that was off. Probably the chocolate too. Definitely artificial. Time to move on to another beer.

Little on the sweet side but not a showstopper. This is a sipper not a pounder. The Belgium yeast comes thru quite hardily.

Has your normal coriander and clove taste. This has a fruity taste that is medium banana with some light apple, white grape and pear. It’s quite spicy with some white pepper.
Pretty nice Belgium blonde. For some reason I’ve had a Belgium beer kick going on. I used to hate the style before. Now I really appreciate them.
Looks like it has a BB date of 11/25/25.
