Little on the sweet side but not a showstopper. This is a sipper not a pounder. The Belgium yeast comes thru quite hardily.

Backlog from November 14th
Very sweet caramel like flavor. The carbonation is medium-high and quite prickly on the tongue. Good beer, not my preferred style, but it's definitely tasty. 3.75/5
