Kuohkea 2 sormen paksuinen vaahto (häviää nopeasti) kullan värisessä sameassa, virkistävässä ja kuivaavassa oluessa. Hunajaa maussa ja tuoksussa, ei liikaa eikä liian vähä. Muutoin juoma on kevyt ja helposti juotava, hyvä helle juoma. Hedelmäinen, mausteinen ja raikas.

We are in Texas at my daughter's house. Horrible 12 hr drive today. But Ryan has another Deftones waiting for me. A Horchata Blonde Ale. Nice! Solid yellow color, microscopic haze, short disappearing head. Blonde aroma with cinnamon. Texture gives a soft quality, cinnamon upfront, blonde malt, and ?? nutmeg?? Yes, nutmeg. Throw in a little black pepper during the finish and you have my first blonde ale dessert beer. A beer to be sipped, not put down quickly.
