Solid yellow color, microscopic haze, short disappearing head. Blonde aroma with cinnamon. Texture gives a soft quality, cinnamon upfront, blonde malt, and ?? nutmeg?? Yes, nutmeg. Throw in a little black pepper during the finish and you have my first blonde ale dessert beer. A beer to be sipped, not put down quickly.
