Chimay is the Belgian beer that inspired Belgian-inspired beers. Brewed by Cistercian monks since 1862 at Scourmont Abbey, Chimay belongs to a community of only 14 Trappist breweries in the world. Chimay’s signature beers include the Grande Réserve (Blue), the Première (Red), the Cinq Cents (Triple / White), and the Dorée (Gold).

La chimay 175 dite la jaune devenue permanente à l’instar de la verte (chimay 150) en son temps, et sirotée présentement en version pression
