Comme une Double IPA irlandaise. Puissance maîtrisée, comme souvent avec cette brasserie. Bon équilibre entre les malts et les houblons, même si ces derniers prennent largement le dessus. Arômes fruités, texture épaisse. Ça donne une très bonne recette.

Toujours ce samedi 27/02. Léon fait le carême et ne boit donc pas d'alcool. J'ai trempé les lèvres dans son verre. C'est terrible. Il manque vraiment l'alcool, le côté huileux. On dirait un sirop de houblon c'est cata.

Appelsiinin keltainen ja samea, jossa runsas ja tiheä pitkään pysyvä vaahto. Kevyesti hedelmäinen maku maltillisella katkeruudella. Ei suuria maku vivahteita ja hieman jää heppoiseksi. Maltillisen makuinen hazy ipa.

Full and medium dry body. At first there is a hit of sweetness to the tip of tongue which turns quickly into medium dry with a pinch of salt. Fruity. Mango, lemon, orange at least with a bit of balancing bitters. Aftertaste doesn't change much, mango fades away giving way to a bit of resin and in time rising grapefruit bitters. Easy and pleasant.
