6.2% India Pale Ale
American IPA. Beginning with super soft water it's grist is over 60% Oat and Wheat malt layered onto biscuity and complex British Floor Malted Pale. Whirlpool hopped with Oregon Cascades, fermented on English ale yeast and finally double dry-hopped with Eukanot and brand new BRU-1.

Hyvä maku mutta vähän laimea. Sama setti tuhdimmin niin olisi varsin huikea omaan makuun. Lämpimämpi loppu paransi makuja, jotain ananasta ja vähän greippiä.
