Colore dorato abbastanza limpido, appena un po' velato, schiuma bianca cremosa. Al naso ha sentori speziati, agrumati, con note quasi balsamiche. Al palato è molto equilibrata, fresca nonostante l'elevato tenore alcolico, con aentori erbacei e un finale secco moderatamente amaro.
