One of the few independent traditional breweries in the Czech republic. It brews all its beers according to the traditional mashed method which means that the beer is fermented in open vats and lagered in horizontal lagering tanks for several weeks. It only uses the highest quality raw materials of Czech origin, namely Czech malts, premium Saaz hops and water from its own deep wells, to make the beer. It has the right to mark its products with the protected geographical indication Czech beer.
