I wasn’t expecting much from this but it’s actually a really solid beer. Nice fluffy mouthfeel, not heavy at all despite its appearance. Piney, hints of stone fruit and loads of citrus bursting on the palate. Great stuff!

Very intrigued by the description. Smoked pineapple pale ale. It’s strange to describe a smoked beer as refreshing, but bizarrely it is! The smoke is subtle but distinctive. Aromas of a light rauchbier. Pineapple is fruity and sweet. There’s no hop character. It works really well, two flavours that shouldn’t work, combine well.

Fruity and sweet. A little bit on the sweet side for me but nonetheless an enjoyable beer. This would sit well as a dessert paired IPA (if that’s your thing!) or as a stopgap between hop forward beers. I can’t determine any distinct hop character, lactose certainly dominates.

The smoked flavour tastes quite synthetic And also not really gettkhh my g authentic pineapple As a pale it’s a perfectly acceptable beer, but what it’s labelled as I don’t think it delivers

Chewy mouthfeel Heavily bittered With a slight citrus fruitiness and an almost lychee-like fruity sweetness
