Our history is made of passion, commitment and quality. Our location, inaugurated in 1999, is divided into two areas: the craft brewery and the pub-brewery. The former, which is visible through the large windows separating it from the pub, features a 2000 liter production plant by Kaspar Schulz, a leading company in brewing systems construction. Thanks to the experiences our Brewer made in Germany and England, here our beer is produced following the best traditional and secular recipes coming from the main beer producing countries. When opening the Brewery, our aim was to create a warm and friendly place where people can enjoy craft beers produced with the best malts.
