Very clear color. Medium high carbonatation. Thin head. The smell is crispy, and has floral and cereal notes. .9 Floral and fruity attack. .9 Then, we have cereal notes that develop. We still have a floral and fruity perspective with hints of grape. .9 The aftertaste is crispy while keeping a few of the previous aromas. We also have a nice little bitterness. .9 Overall that's a refreshing beer which checks what we expect from a kolsch. Nice but not outstanding. .8

The robe is a bit hazy. Nice head. The smell is very perfumed, we have nice floral notes, hop smell and hints of fruit (mango, guava and melon). Amazing smell! 1 The first notes are round, and unctuous. .9 The middle taste is fruity, with notes of melon, passion fruit (guava and mango) while still keeping this unctuosity. The notes are a bit too discreet in my opinion. .7 A bit of peach appears in the aftertaste. We have a gentle bitterness and a hint of discreet sweetness in the end. The aftertaste could also be more colourful and flavoured in my opinion. .7 Overall, an unctuous hazy IPA with nice fruity notes of passion fruit. It's not too powerful but it's good. .8
