Very clear color. Medium high carbonatation. Thin head. The smell is crispy, and has floral and cereal notes. .9 Floral and fruity attack. .9 Then, we have cereal notes that develop. We still have a floral and fruity perspective with hints of grape. .9 The aftertaste is crispy while keeping a few of the previous aromas. We also have a nice little bitterness. .9 Overall that's a refreshing beer which checks what we expect from a kolsch. Nice but not outstanding. .8
