The name is a profecy... Or? Light brown. Sweet banana, apricot, cracker. The tongue gets sweet thick banana juice. Sweet malt. Fruity and full. Very good indeed although not in the contest! 👍🏻

Rye in the air. Sweet. Strong taste. Rye for sure. Juniper as well. Sweet but intense. Very nice though.

Served from a vinegar canister... Sounds bold! Well, let's see. Rye again hefty in the scent. Also on the tongue. Powerful. Sticky and viscous. Caresses my mouth. Ahhh...

Muddy, light brown Sahti. A faint haze wafts on the top.
The scent is restrained with a grainy twist of rye. The taste is mildish, a tad grainy and malty but not fruity. A yeasty note lingers in the background. This is interesting since the rye is unmalted.
The mouthfeel is medium-full, somewhat smooth, lip-glueing and slightly coarse. Kissel-like.
Edit: The representative of Honkajoki came #2 in the contest but the competition Sahti was another one, not the one I tasted.
