Nachtrag: Fast schon kupferfarben mit etwas blasigem Schaum. In der Nase frisch und citral fruchtig. Fruchtig frisch mit dezenter Herbe auch beim Trinken. Die Fruchtnoten wieder eher allgemein citral, geht zwar in die orangene Richtung, aber explizit als Mandarine würde ich das jetzt nicht erkennen. Trotzdem gut trinkbar, die Herbe nimmt im Verlauf etwas zu, begleitet von etwas Hefe. Kommt im Sommer bestimmt gut als Longdrink Ersatz.

Relatively cloudy, deep gold. Appearance, I mean. The carbonation behaves obediently and lays a moderate head only. It dies hastily. Right away. Marginal orange pith hovers to the nostrils. It's the only olfactory variable that I'm able to find here. The flavor package is more multifaceted: orange pith and peel, lemon, a pinch of grass and wheat malt. Fresh fruity! The body is light. Not surprisingly. The tail swings in synchrony with the actual experience. The mouthfeel is light, refreshing, zesty, even pulpy. Simple and easy.

Very fine carbonation, which I don't like. Bitter and not a ton of fruit. Personally I would call this a classic IPA and not a NEIPA.

Leicht fruchtiges NEIPA mit klarer Bitternote. Etwas trockener und nicht so cremig wie man es oft kennt. Dafür recht süffig
