At Big Beach Brewing, enjoying the fourth and last beer on the second flight. Very hazy. Almost opaque. Very light yellow color. Fruity aroma, citrus flavor, pretty strong. I think IPA lovers will enjoy this beer but still just too hoppy for me.

At Big Beach Brewing, third brew on the second flight. Deep yellow, clear color. Hoppy aroma. A unusual mixture of fruit along with the bitterness. Dry texture continues through to the finish. Don't care that much for that much bitterness.

Beer two on flight two at Big Beach Brewing Company. Described as a Mexican lager. Clear Orange in color. Very light texture. Bitterness in the fore front. I believe they roasted a whole ear of corn to arrive at this flavor. This brewery comes up with some very unique tasting beer.

Going for a second flight at Big Beach Brewing Company. First of four. Extremely clear light yellow color. Not much flavor. Typical watered down American beer. Knew when I ordered, probably wouldn't like it very much. I just don't care for a weak tasteless beer.

My fourth sampler on this flight at Big Beach Brewing. Clear the very deep red in color. Has a roasted aroma. Texture is extremely soft and dry. Flavor is of strong roasted coconut. Coconut is very evident in the forefront and continues right through the finish. Has a sweetness and very little bitterness. This is a very good dessert brew and I might need to take some of this home.

Third draft beer on a flight of four at Big Beach Brewing Company. Deep red orange and color, clear. Soft and dry. Not a lot of flavor with a trailing bitterness to finish off an otherwise boring beer.

On draft at Big Beach Brewing Company. Second brew on a flight of four. Social distancing being observed. Very light yellow in color, totally clear. Almost no aroma. Texture is soft. Begins with a very mild faint bitterness but finishes with a buttered popcorn. Even salty. One of the most unusual flavors I've ever had in a beer. Strangely, I love it for being so damn original.

At Big Beach Brewing in Gulf Shores Alabama. Being careful to keep our table well away from others. First brew on a sample flight of four on tap. Orange in color, totally clear. Not much head. Texture is crisp. Basil is at the forefront. Sweet at the start finishing with a pronounced bitterness. Very floral. I like the unique basil flavor.
