Has a stone fruit taste that is mainly apricot. Has a hoppy bitterness at a light+ almost medium level. Has some very light unsweetened caramel malt giving it a little balance.

So I definitely had a wrongly packaged beer before. This one tasted and looked like the original.
Detective work tonight. I guess it’s not a bad thing. It just “forced” me to have another beer.

I think I got the wrong beer as I know this doesn’t look or taste like the first time which was only 6+ months ago. It is darker and tastes more like a WC style IPA. Luckily I just happened to buy a 12 pack today. Now I’m really curious if the the beer changed or if I got a different beer in the wrong can. We’ll see shortly.

This has a citrusy and tropical fruit taste that leans towards mango, pineapple, light peach with light orange and a hint of grapefruit. Has a light+ hoppy bitterness.
I’m very impressed with this brewery. It is only about 30 to 40 minutes away. I might have to take that trip.

This beer was made and only sold in Giant supermarkets. So I’m going to point out the wrong things about this first. It’s an imperial amber ale except it’s only 6.8% and it’s not amber in color.
Now to the beer. It’s actually quite good. Dark orange color, had to add that, which I guess you can say it’s amber but is really orange. It’s very well balanced between the malty and hoppy side. Malty side leans towards a biscuity bready mix that hits you more up front until mid-range. Hoppy side leans towards orange/orange zest and pine that is there but really kicks in about 1/2 way thru and takes over a bit. Bitterness lingers.
Overall they may want to change how they list it style wise but it’s really pretty good. Tastes more like a WCIPA.

Happy Friday. This has a citrusy and fruity taste that leans towards grapefruit & passion fruit mainly but with others. Has some light resinous pine. Has a medium+ hoppy bitterness that seems to increase as you get further in.
Overall this is very tasty and hoppy. Probably the best Cold IPA I’ve had so far (I’m not impressed with most cold IPA’s).

Has very light caramel to it. Has some moderate citrus that leans towards orange/tangerine and lime. Bitterness is light.
Unfortunately it is a bit watery and weak. Workhorse has some really good beers but this is not a great one. Decent but I would not seek.
Chillin’ by the pool so it works for that purpose.
