Herranen aika! Vielä löytyy oluita mitkä lyö jalat alta. Tämä on gose ja tältä sen pitää maistua, piste.

I haven't had a Gose for a while. Can't remember exactly when but it's been a while though. I guess...
Lucid gold is the color. Spritzy although short-lived carbonation builds a clean white head that shoots three fingers high. The short retention pulls the foamy lid quickly down to a thin lace ring.
The scent gives lemon zest with a distinct salty punch. Sometimes salt in beer gives an impression of sea water but not this time. Fresh, actually.
The taste follows on the same path: zesty lemon, a good slam of salt and a hint of coriander seed. And, interestingly, it adds passionfruit. Wow, this is fruity but still recognizably a Gose.
The body is light, what else? The end is salty + citrusy. Classical. And lovely.
The mouthfeel is light, superzesty, pulpy, refreshing and neatly spiced (= salty). Sour but not really tart. Simple and clean. Very traditional. 💛💛
