Flight 4/4. This beer wins the beauty contest of the four: entirely turbid, pale yellow beer. Looks extremely thick. Spoonable. White head, no bubbles here either. Long retention. Grapefruit, mango, pineapple, green grape, a pinch of tangerine, vanilla. Those are the components of the scent. Mango, pineapple, bags of various citruses, marginal vanilla, cream. That's my taste description. So seductive. The body is full. Ends with especially citrusy flavors. The mouthfeel is full, thick, a tad crisp, zesty, pulpy, pithy, dry and drying. Clean and balanced. Crushable. P.S. I'm glad I found this place. Got to come back here one day.

Flight 3/4. Lucid gold beer with a faint haze though. Bright white, bubbleless head. Long retention. Dry apple mash and white wine in the scent. The foeder is remarkable, can't be missed. Sour apple mash, apple peel, white wine and oak notes are abundant in the taste profile. I can't actually identify the Pils elements here. Who cares, this is extraordinary. The body is medium to medium-full. Again, well done, you surprise me big time! The mouthfeel is medium-full, vinous, barrel aged, tart, marginally funky. As crazy as crazy can be!!

Flight 2/4. Impenetrable, deep straw beer. Looks like thick nectar. Beautiful! Off-white, dense moussy head. Superlong retention. A suggestion of grapefruit in the fragrance, otherwise numb. Grapefruit and lemon on the tongue. Lovely! Pineapple, too. A bit creamy. The body is full 👏🏻 Finishes with the same package this one, too. The mouthfeel is full, thick, juicy, modestly creamy, massively pulpy, slightly pithy, medium-dry and drying. Crushable for sure. The ABV is 5.5 % only. Crazy! +0.3 stars extra for giving me such an experience with such a low ABV.

A perfect opportunity of window for a quick flight @ La Nanobrasserie de l'Ermitage. Looks cozy, this is a real self-made watering hole. Flight 1/4. Semiclear, deep gold beer. Thick, creamy head. Awesome retention. The nose gets fruity nuances of pineapple and carambola. Maybe also a bit of fresh lemon pulp. The tongue loves the easygoing flavors of carambola, lemon and raw pineapple. Light body. Ends unchanged. The mouthfeel is light, juicy, zesty, summery, refreshing and pulpy. Good stuff!
