It pours deep dark red in colour with a dark cream coloured head. Aroma is malty. Flavour is slightly sweet and malty. Not as heavy as some doppelbock dunkels can be.

Day 17 of my homemade beer Advent Calendar. It pours a crystal clear, golden colour with a frothy, white head. Aroma is malty. Flavour is malty, initially sweet, with a hoppy finish.
