The last day of my homemade beer Advent Calendar. It pours black in colour with a thin, dark brown coloured head. Aroma is sweet. Flavour is very sweet and malty with a hint of roasted malts.

It pours amber in colour with a thin head. Aroma has notes of malts. Flavour is initially sweet and malty with a long bitter finish. Quite strong with alcohol.

Day 13 of my homemade beer Advent Calendar. It pours red in colour with a thin cream coloured head. Aroma is malty. Flavour is sweet and malty. It's so sweet that I find this version of Samichlaus the hardest to drink.

Playing catch-up on day 6 of my homemade beer Advent Calendar. It pours reddish-brown in colour with virtually no head. Aroma is sweet and malty. Flavour is of the same. Decadently thick mouthfeel. More of a barley wine than a Doppelbock, I would say.
