After sauna drink. The pour looks deep gold with the light cutting though it without reflection. The carbonation is standard. A messy off-white froth exceeds two fingers and shrinks soon to an equally messy, billowy lacing. Medium-sweet malt, waffle and a wisp of Belgian yeast can be found in the scent. Sips with a tad more bitter flavors now. The components include malt, Digestives, lemon pith and a hint of grapefruit peel. The body is light. The end fades away quickly with a citrusy tail. The mouthfeel is light, zesty, slightly pithy and refreshing. Faintly Belgiany. Balanced.

Very good, clean and crisp triple. Has a heavy body but to be expected with a beer of this style. Thoroughly enjoyed this one

Miellyttävää wiskitynnyrin ja varsinkin tammen tuoksua. Maku on "perinteistä" hollantilaista BAIS:ia. Wiskitynnyri ja paahteisuus on melko hyvin esillä. Suutuntumaa ja täyteläisyyttä vaivaa kuitenkin tietynlainen ohkaisuus jota on esim. <6 prosentin portereissa.
