A messy off-white froth exceeds two fingers and shrinks soon to an equally messy, billowy lacing. Medium-sweet malt, waffle and a wisp of Belgian yeast can be found in the scent. Sips with a tad more bitter flavors now. The components include malt, Digestives, lemon pith and a hint of grapefruit peel. The body is light. The end fades away quickly with a citrusy tail. The mouthfeel is light, zesty, slightly pithy and refreshing. Faintly Belgiany. Balanced.
