Comme une Black IPA de Belfast, Irlande du Nord. Grosse mousse chantilly capuccino. Odeurs florales et fruitées. En bouche, c'est plutôt léger et onctueux. Les saveurs houblonnées se confirment et se mêlent à celles du café amer. Le résultat est une bière originale, assez bien équilibrée et goûtue.
