Comme une Black IPA de Belfast, Irlande du Nord.
Grosse mousse chantilly capuccino.

I’ve had some wonderful black IPA/Cascadian dark ales recently, and I’ve also had some great Boundary beers too, so this promised to be something special.
Alas, I’ve fell foul of not checking the BBE date again… this was 2 months past it’s date when I bought it so was probably brewed last year. Having said that, the off flavours present were exactly the same I tasted in my home brew which I’m convinced were an infection, so I’m not sure who is at fault here, the brewers or the retailer. It certainly wasn’t sold at a price that would lead you to believe it was past its best.
You win some, you loose some… 😞
