Klassinen brittiläinen old ale. Miellyttävä kokonaisuus, mutta runkoa voisi olla omaan makuun vähän tuhdimmin. Kaatuu lasiin kauniin rubiininpunaisena, vaahtoaa kohtuullisesti. Tuoksussa syvää maltaisuutta ja pientä makeutta. Aromihumala tasapainottaa makeutta mukavasti. Maku on samalla pehmeä ja katkera, maltainen. Alhaisen alkoholipitoisuuden vuoksi jää hiukan kevyeksi, voisi olla tuhdimpikin. Jälkimaku on hetken katkera, mutta maku jää melko lyhyeksi.
