Highly carbonated. No head. Nice sweet pastry blueberry smell. We have cobbler and sour notes. .9 Fruity blueberry attack. .9 Then we continue with cinnamon and cobbler notes. .8 The cobbler crackers notes strengthen in the end. We also have cinnamon and vanilla notes. We keep having blueberry hints. There's a very welcomed gentle sweetness to conclude. .9 That's a good beer, it keeps its promises and it's not too sweet (which is great!). It's balanced and flavourful. Nice! .9

Nice hoppy smell. .8 Happy attack. .8 Smooth and lemonade like. .8 Kind of a crispy finish and nice bitterness. .9 Refreshing, hoppy. Nice beer! .9

Nice toasty and chocolate smell. Nice hints of cherry. We also have chocolate hints. Toasty , roasty in the end.

Its alright! Interesting taste, that's original . Kind of woody... I enjoyed it!

Robe claire et jaunâtre. On a une belle carbonatation, mais peu de mousse. Nez avec une belle dominance de pêche. On a également des notes d'abricot et de gâteau (légères notes de cannelle également). En bouche on a une très belle acidité qui relève des notes fruitées de pêche et d'abricot. On a également des notes de sucre brun mais ce n'est pas trop sucré du tout. Fin de bouche vraiment sur le gâteau cobbler. Une magnifique réussite. C'est exactement ce à quoi l'on s'attend. L'acidité relève les arômes, c'est rafraîchissant, et c'est équilibré tout en étant complexe. Bravo !

Has a strong roasted malt taste that has a little bitter dark chocolate taste to it. Also has a smokey / burnt taste to the roasted malts

Has floral piney hops taste with a hint of citrus. Tastes more like an IPA then a pale ale

Has a strong caramel malt taste at first. Has a minor citrus hop taste. Not well balanced. For an IPA there is not much bitterness/hops to it.
