Nice head, medium carbonation. I really like the color, it’s clear, brownish and nutty. Nice malted smell with hints of nut. .8 There is a nice attack with malted flavors. .9 Then we have cereal notes that develop. .8 We have a very gentle bitterness at the end, and discreet nut flavors. We have a smoky touch too. .8 It’s a nice beer, very drinkable and enjoyable. I think it would have deserved to have more nut flavors though. Still pretty nice. .7
