With a history dating back to 1295 AD, St Stefanus Blanche is an unpasteurised Belgian wheat beer. St Stefanus Blanche has secondary refermentation, so continues to mature in the bottle, which means you can choose how they want their beer to taste. At 3 months the flavour is fresh and lightly spicy, while at 18 months the flavour becomes deeper and more complex. Our Blanche is brewed using coriander and orange peel which imparts a delicate spicy and citrusy aroma.
