Qu'elle bonheur, une geuze de 10 ans d'âge. Parfaite, une amertume vraiment bien maîtrisée, un goût fruité, épicée, un carbonatation parfaite une mousse qui tient encore. La meilleur geuze que j'ai bu a se jour

Lambic and Geuze are really out there on the outskirts of what beer can be. I personally really like this traditional style, but I get it if people don't. This one is dry, but not nearly as dry as others. It has a very pleasant tardiness and fruitiness, think green apples, but not quite. At the same time, it is smokey and spicy from the oak Rhône valley red wine barrel (number 92) it lagered in. I am not even gonna start about the mono blend/single cask part, because after having read about it and knowing how Geuze relates to Lambic I still don't quite comprehend it. Expensive bottle, but worth every €-cent.

Bière bien original on sent bien le goût du fût , c'est un peu fort en goût mais c'est pas mal .... Bon OK mon commentaire sert à rien .. mais à cette heure là c'était un peu compliqué là soirée 😁

Bonne geuze on sent légèrement le vin rouge. Acidité prononcée

Kukkaista, aavistuksen hedelmäistä ja puolihapanta gueuzea. Todella tasapainoinen ja sulava juotava. Tiskillä istuva kaveri ei oikein pitänyt ja antoi juotavaksi. Kirosi vain kallista hintaa ja kehui paikan burgereita 😀
