Cloudy brown Session Ale. Tried to pour carefully but still there’s some particles floating around. Fresh yeast scent similar to homemade mead. Fresh and floral with subtle spices. Some red wine and oak tones from the barrel aging. Hint of sweetness to mellow the fizzy mouth feel. Could buy again to analyze properly. This time I was distracted by grilling some asparagus’s and meat.
