Suutuntuma hapan, kirpsakka, ohkainen, mutta kuitenkin suht runsas. Maussa suolaa, happamuutta, raparperia, karviaista ja kumia. Oikein hyvä session sour. En olisi uskonut että 2,5% saadaan näin ryhdikkääksi.
