Cuvée De Ranke is a mixed fermentation, blended ale. A combination of barrel-aged beer and lambic. 70% Belgium sour ale with 30% lambic. Taste: Full-bodied sour flavour, with notes of oak from oak-aging.

Old ale e lambic dal colore oro scuro, schiuma a medie bolle poco persistente. Al naso arrivano sentori di uva bianca, frutta acerba e lieve affumicatura. Al palato é acida, leggera e piacevolemente carbonata
