Gaina was the first IPA brewed by Birrificio Lambate. It is characterised by the large amount of hops used, especially through dry-hopping. The hops give the beer the fresh, lively citrous fruit flavours typical of this style of beer.
In Lombardy slang, Gaina means Hen, the animal brought to mind by the uncertain, staggering gait of certain drunk people.

Tuoksu on hedelmÀinen jossa on myös hieman kermaisuutta sekÀ hapanta sitrusta mukana.
Ensipuraisu tuo tulessaan matalahappoisen hedelmÀisen maun jossa mukana vÀhÀn hapanta sitrusta.
Suullisen edetessÀ kermaisuus rupeaa tulemaan esiin nousu johteisesti.
Mangoo, passionhedelmÀÀÀ ja kermaisuutta on pÀÀasiassa jÀlkimaussa. Mukavan lievÀn makean hedelmÀinen maku sekÀ mauste ruohoisuus tulee siinÀ sivussa.
Omaa pienen katkeron.

Olut on vÀriltÀÀn kullankeltainen ja vaahtoa kertyi vajaan parin sormellisen verran.
Tuoksu rapsakan sitrushedelmien.
Maku on kypsÀn hedelmÀinen, mukavan katkeroinen olut, jÀlkimaussa passionhedelmÀÀ.
