Galway Bay Brewery and Boundary Brewing Company have "converged" to create this barrel aged barleywine.
Aged for 1 year in Irish whiskey barrels, Harmonic Convergence is a bold American barleywine, inc. notes of ripe dark fruits such as fig, raisin and dates. Combined with flavors like vanilla and caramel, this is a well balanced with a soft bitterness. Also it's vegan friendly if that's any consolation.

Irkkuviskiä ja hyvä määrä kuivattua hedelmää ja karamallia. Mainio jaettava barleywine.

Smells like Christmas pudding... first sip gives the taste of a smooth Irish whisky followed by a heavy dark fruity flavor.
This is my first aged barleywine and I’m very impressed, it may be 12% but it goes down very well.
