Suolasuus aika hyvä, ei liikaa mutta tarpeeksi. Hyvä gose. Lähes 4,5/5

Goserintamalla vähän pettymys. Maistui hieman märälle rätille. Ihan juotava, mutta melkein jo mietti, onkohan erä ihan kunnossa. Sopivan suolainen ja humalainen. Kokeilen joskus uudemman kerran.

Misty, pale golden beer with modest carbonation pushes an effortless, white, small-bubbled head whose sole remnant after a short while is a lingering lace ring on the top of the drink. The foam ring is later dead. Nose has a good amount of citrus as expected: zesty lemon pulp, grapefruit juice and a more remote note of sweeter orange. A salty nuance orchestrates the show from a distance. The taste is somewhat less powerful than the fragrance. Salt is a little bit more pronounced, accompanied by some watery lemon and grapefruit juice. Wheat also pushes forward but is, generally speaking, subdued. The body is skinny. The beer ends with zesty lemon juice, a bit tangier lemon peel and a bit of softer grapefruit, seasoned with a spatter of salt water. The aftertaste teases the tastebuds for long time. Mouthfeel is tart, puckering and somewhat dry. It's distinctly light, even slightly watery but extraordinarily fresh and summery.
