Caramel and a saltiness in the aroma. Taste is definitely salted caramel. Very smooth. Not really getting a whole lot of bourbon in the taste, but it's there. I'm getting some oak from the barrel aging. Kinda wish the bourbon was more pronounced. Either way, this is very tasty. Still a well done stout and still 4.5/5
