White Keys Hefeweizen from Signature Brew. Hazy light marmalade a good one finger fine foamy head that rapidly disappeared. Medium nose aroma consisting of yeast and restrained banana Mouthfeel is rather thin and the mediocre carbonation leaves a poor impression on the palate. I guess it may have improved by being chilled. Flavours upfront is a slightly bitter cloves and a peppery note. The follow through is a tad tart but not the raspberry as promised. There is the hint peach but it’s the flavour of a hard un-ripened fruit that needs to soften in the sun. Overall it’s disappointing
