Now this is a lovely nice beer and highlight of the night! It’s juicy, full bodied and full of flavour that lends itself for the early days of a quality IPA. Black Iris have hopped the hell out of the Mosaic Hop and made a cracking IPA that other mainstream breweries can only dream off. Well done sir/madam!

Day 15 brings another Black Iris IPA. Not as punchy as previous ones but still a solid drink.
