This is an India pale ale which presents rounded flavours of hops and malt, with a delicate overlay of bitterness. Three different hops varieties are used in the brewing process, using a full mash of best “Maris Otter” pale malted and deeply roasted barleys to give “Criffel” its distinctive and complex flavour. 4.6% ABV
