BED OF NAILS
BROWN ALE
Bed of Nails is crafted as an American ode to a traditional English brown. A light hop addition balances the natural sweetness present in the specialty malt. This beer’s delicate body and dry finish allow flavors of toffee and dark fruit to shine through.

Smooth. A little sweet. A touch of malty-ness. Decent drink.

Not the best brown ale I've ever had but a good one. Worthy of a try.

My second quarantine beer. Has a very deep brown color, not totally opaque, a little red and slightly hazy. Medium-high frothy head. Seems to be lasting. Has a very faint spicy aroma. Mouthfell is both sharp and crisp. Begins faintly spicy and then finishes with a roasted malt bitterness. Flavor seems to me best paired with snacks or a meal, not a beer I would have as a stand-alone brew. Still, it works great with my cheddar and crackers.

Taste really good however I am quite a few beers and a couple shots in now. I'll try again to give a more accurate review. After all the traveling I've done, grandparents in the hospital, excepting my third baby, and other personal issues, I needed tonight to unwind and have a few drinks.
