1 1/2 years old with no cellar aging. Graham crackers, marshmallow and chocolate in the aroma. Not much else. Taste has the same thing, with the addition of some bourbon. Medium+ body with a medium carbonation. Best s'mores stout available in my opinion. S'mores with a bit of bourbon. Delivers what it promises. I have 4 in the cellar to try in the future. 4.5/5

Super tasty s'mores stout. Bourbon, oak, marshmallow, graham crackers and chocolate all well balanced together. What more could you want? 4.5/5

Very tasty. I'm getting a liquid s'mores in a glass. The graham cracker is there, the chocolate is there, the marshmallow is there. There's some bourbon that is present as well. The oak from the barrel aging is evident, but not super prominent. Very well made and well balanced.

Graham cracker, vanilla and slight chocolate in the aroma. Taste is straight up s'mores. You get the graham cracker, the marshmallow and enough chocolate to complete the combo. Very delicious. A little bit of bourbon on the back end to remind you this is barrel aged. My favorite thing about this stout is how spot on the flavor is. It tastes like you're drinking a s'mores treat, but has just enough bourbon to remind you this is for the big boys. The bourbon shows up more as it continues to warm. Perfect high-medium mouthfeel to complete the package. Very well balanced and well done. No one flavor dominates this beer. 4.5/5
