12 Acres Pale Ale is our take on the classic APA with more emphasis on the malt than a traditional APA. A moderately sweet malt body is balanced by a burst of citrus and floral hoppyness to give a refreshing and sessionable ale. We brew with our own malt,from barley grown on our own farm and spring water from deep beneath the same land to give traceability from our ground to your glass.

Tylsähkö, hieman halvan oloinen visuaalinen ilme tölkissä. Samoilla linjoilla muiden panimon tuotteiden kanssa. Olut on samea ja oranssiin taittava kepeällä vaahdolla. Mieto, kypsän sitrushedelmäinen tuoksu. Melko tiukasti humaloitu, kuivan katkeroinen maku. Sitrusta, kuivaa puisuutta ja ruohoisuutta. Keskikepeä, melko hiilihappoinen ja hieman vetinenkin runko josta voi maistaa myös maltaisuutta. Ihan ok sipsien kaveri, mutta turhan yksioikoinen. Kuivahumalointi on ehkä hieman epäbalanssissa. Mikään näistä 12 Acresin oluista ei onnistunut säväyttämään. Kohtalaisia oluita, mutta tuskin tulisi maistettua uudestaan.
