Beautifully balanced Imperial Stout! Gentle Rum barrel notes, soft coffee, sweet chocolate, raisins and some dried plums. Molasses and some caramel and mild roastiness. Pretty sweet, but very enjoyable. Alcohol is hidden completely, no boozyness at all. Very soft taste all around. Body could be a tad thicker, but it's very drinkable now. Medium full body with oily mouthfeel and mild carbonation.
What a beer, might go to top 3 of the Stouts I've had! Great introduction to Hill Farmstead stuff!
