Dubious Dawn is a blend of dark, red, and golden sour beers aged in tequila barrels with apricots. This sour beer displays notes of fresh raspberries, dried cherries, and tart apricots with hints of agave and cacao nibs. Our fourth release in the Dubious Series, this deep ruby sour beer showcases a variety of distinct barrels that we house in our cellar. Curious to how the contrasting characteristics of each individual barrel would taste together, we were roused by the fusion of flavors in this dubious blend.
