Ruosteen väristä ja melko kirkasta ohraviiniä lähes vaahdottomana. Avovaimon mukaan tuoksussa oksennuksen mukana tulevaa vatsahappoa ja tuorehiivaa juuri veteen sekoitettuna 😅 Itse löydän kyllä tuota tuorehiivaa hieman pullamaisena. Lisäksi kuivattua luumua, todella ylikypsää persikkaa ja mangoa, reilusti karamellimallasta sekä yrttisyyttä. Maku on makean ylikypsän hedelmäinen, karamellinen, yrttinen ja lääkeyrttinen, siirappinen, kuivatun hedelmäinen ja greippinen. Melko reippaat katkerot lopussa. Runko on tavallaan miellyttävän kevyt, mutta ei ollenkaan laiha tai vetinen. Helppo barley wine!

If these look like they are coming thick and fast, it's because I'm trying to catch up after massive amounts of excellent beer. As it's Moor's 10th birthday I'm sticking to their beers for a while, despite the massive choice. Having just had a 9 hour cooked brisket with beans, I'm pushing on. Good Lord....this is a big one. It's sweet and sharp and tastes like someone has blitzed all of the weed they ever smoked into a smooth paste, before zapping it with gold and syrup. Massive. Apparently there is a bigger version aged in whiskey barrels. God help us.
