The glass is filled with translucent, deep golden/light amber beer. Forms a rich white head of medium duration. Chains of miniscule bubbles release carbondioxide to the air. Scent has faint nuances of a farmhouse and vegetables and a mere remote idea of diacetyl. Tastes rather bitter malty with notes of lemon, grass and whitepepper. Medium body. Finishes with short-to-medium, acrid aftertaste. Mouthfeel is somewhat sharp, tangy and surprisigly full for an ABV of 3.8 %.
