Really strong aroma. Alcohol pushing through right away along with the strong barrel. Tagging along there is chocolate, some sweet cherries and fresh espresso present. The mouthfeel is really strong and silky smooth. The taste begins off very sweet with brown sugar, caramel and chocolate really pushing through. Afterwards the barrel aging really starts to kick in, bringing wood and a strong hint of alcohol into the taste (being 15% what would you expect). Finishing off quite bitter, coffeeful and sticky.
