Stunningly complex beer from the ever reliable Siren. Imperial Kettle sour, whatever that is, this one is brilliant! It's sour and tart and sweet with berry fruits intertwined with rich woody earthy tones and tannins. I did know I'd had it for a while afterwards that's for sure, but hey Acid will do that to you! Far out maaannnnn!!

Very strong, definitely can taste the red wine and bourbon flavours. If you are expecting beer, it's off-putting at first but the flavour is enjoyable, indeed
