Nice dark beer, somewhere between a black lager and black IPA. Crisp but with a roasty malt backbone.

Nice roasted malt aroma with a slight chocolate note. Similar taste profile, but with a subtle hoppiness mixed in. Slightly bitter finish, but enjoyable. Smooth and easy-drinking session drink that's very quaffable despite the ABV.

Not as dark as my soul.

Tastes between a lager and a weak tasting porter

Not my favourite choice of beer style. However, for a Dark Lager it’s perfectly acceptable. Not too bad.

I reckon this is the best dark lager I've had so far. Cheers.
